Key aspects include reducing waste, the efficient use of resources such as water and energy, the adoption of sustainable packaging, the promotion of local and seasonal raw materials, and the support of sustainable and organic agriculture that encourages sourcing from local and seasonal products and from farming practices that respect the environment and biodiversity.
We process fresh organic products obtained through organic farming methods, therefore without the use of chemical fertilizers, pesticides, herbicides or other synthetic products.
We produce certified processed organic products (candied fruits, dried and dehydrated products, etc.) which, in addition to being made from organic raw materials, do not contain artificial colourings, preservatives or other chemical additives.
Our ultimate goal is to promote more conscious consumption for an increasingly sustainable food system.
